Re: need info
I'm no expert, but I think about everyone will tell the Japaneese engines are the best. Honda, Mitsubishi, Tanaka, Robin/Subaru. They cost a bit more than the Chinese engines, but will probably last a long longer with way fewer problems.
I have a 2 cycle 50cc off a Harbor Freight auger which is Chinese and I've been well pleased with it.

Yea i would go with the japensese engines or atleast a china engine with a rep and isnt as junky.
I had the chinese 2 stoke kit and it broke after 3 months. I reccomend not wasting your time with them unless your made of money and time.
Thanks,
Cody

Well if your not wanting to spend alot, a desent Chinese brand 2 stroke is grubee.
The 2 stroke is gonna be faster for a smaller engine and price wise.
But you could try out the 4 stroke harborfreight Greyhound motor. It cost about 80-100 bucks depending on if you have coupons. But its supposivily made by Lifan. I have one. There also Chinese. With the HF motor you will have to build a mount and get a throttle, sprocker, chain, clutch, ect.
